Demonstrable knowledge of scripts in some administrative language (Perl, bash, sh, etc.)
Great understanding of managed service provider operations and systems administration
Linux or Solaris, TCP/IP, DNS, Apache, basic network troubleshooting, shell scripting
Moderately strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work within a team and continually provide results
