Overview

IPsoft is looking for an exceptional Implementation Director to lead the group transitioning partners to our industry-leading cognitive agent, Amelia.

Amelia is an artificial intelligence platform that makes it possible to automate knowledge work across a broad range of functions. Exposed to the same information as any new hire, she can quickly apply her knowledge to solve queries in a wide range of business processes. With Amelia able to shoulder the burden of tedious, often laborious tasks, she partners with human co-workers to achieve new levels of productivity and service quality.

Lead a Europe-wide team of implementation developers, engineers, technical project managers, and business analysts to align Amelia to customer business practices. Customize service transition and delivery models for each vertical requirement, including finance, medicine, insurance, IT infrastructure, and media. Oversee, direct, and report on Amelia training for each customer. Drive and report on process efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor several teams of transition developers, engineers, project managers, and analysts across Europe.
  • Customize cognitive service offerings to support customer infrastructure and business needs.
  • Define operating and service levels required to meet business requirements and ensure solutions go-live on time with zero defects.
  • Mentor transition leads and analysts in designing, documenting, and maintaining process and procedures.
  • Provide input with design, development goals, documentation, and maintenance of Amelia as she continues to learn over time.
  • Interface professionally with Research & Development, QA, monitoring developers, and Service Technology groups within IPsoft to enable cognitive transitions.
  • Interface professionally with IPsoft’s partners, clients, and customers.
