Diagnose and remediate issues with Windows Server Infrastructure and Citrix Servers, and related roles and features, as well as other Microsoft and third-party Windows business infrastructure applications, while identifying recurring issues which can be remediated through automation Work with clients to align our support to their requirements with a high level of attention and intimacy.
Must be proficient in Operating Systems such as Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
Understand the concepts of Active Directory / DNS / DHCP
Very good Group Policy understanding.
Citrix XenApp/ XenServer/ XenDesktop/Provisioning Services
Deep Level Understanding in Citrix XenApp, Web Interface and other Citrix Components.
Very Good understanding of Citrix Access Gateway, Netscaler.
Advanced troubleshooting skills, applying theoretical knowledge.
Must exhibit analytical skills in deriving root cause of the issues.
Should be able to resolve most complex issues related to Citrix components (Web Interface, XML Broker, Load Evaluator, IMA, and Datastore).
Should have knowledge on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and resolve complex issues related VDI and XenDesktop
Must have very good knowledge in Edgesight configuration & Reporting.
Should have very good knowledge in Application Publishing,Streaming, Appsense & App-v
Familiarity with MS System Center, VB scripting, PowerShell and other automation solutions will be added advantage.
BE/BTech candidates (preferred) with good communication skills and ready to work on 24/7 shifts
Certification: CCA in XenApp or Xendesktop.
Hands on exprience on Windows Server 2008 /2012
Hands on exprience on Citrix XenApp/ XenServer/ XenDesktop/Provisioning Services
Powershell experience is preferred.
