We have an immediate opening for an Engagement Manager! This individual will be responsible for ongoing projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery while driving operational excellence. This individual will coordinate internal and external resources using rigorous communication methodologies. The successful candidate is expected to be highly self-motivated and thrive in a fast changing landscape of expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes project strategy by studying client's strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements; advising client regarding potential solutions; obtaining input from subject-matter experts; developing proposals; planning project life-cycle deliverables; adhering to service levels
  • Accomplishes project objectives by communicating team deliverables; monitoring project progress; managing team and individual contributions; conducting implementation reviews; preparing and completing action plans; tracking action items; examining, researching, and resolving or escalating issues; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer -service standards; completing audits; scheduling expenditures; analyzing and resolving financial variances
  • Validates project solutions by establishing and measuring metrics.
  • Represents Technical Operations as the face to the business. There must be strong communication and coordination across the functions residing within Technical Operations
  • Manages client expectations by building and expanding relationships; communicating project status issues; preparing reports; identifying and negotiating engagement additions and extensions
  • Strong people management skills, customer interaction skills, process management skills and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of on time delivery of projects and products
  • Serves as subject expert in IPsoft services and project delivery

  • Proven track record of on time delivery of projects and products Previous experience as a technologist in reputed firm preferred.
  • Liaises between customers, IPsoft business executives, and technical subject matter experts to ensure consistent communications and quality service delivery.
  • Participates in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations and presentations in conjunction with partner resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or similar field.
  • Business-oriented technical degrees given special consideration and technical/business dual majors given most-favored status.
  • Minimum of 5+ years hands-on technical experience in one or more domains.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a business-oriented role, such as technical project management.
  • Systems Engineering background.
  • Experience with Project Level Reporting .
  • MS Project or other project management tools a plus.
  • ITIL Framework Knowledge.
  • Cloud experience a plus.
  • Automation experience a plus!
