    About the role:


    Reporting in to the VP of Sales, you will proactively assist the Sales/Account teams with the sales qualification and sales cycle by owning and driving the solution design process, developing proposals and cost estimates. The PreSales will will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives by promoting and selling IPsoft’s cognitive solutions (Amelia) and Autonomic solutions (Managed Services, Apollo and IPcenter). This individual will have proven experience successfully selling high-value complex solutions to F200 Clients from a blue chip company.


    • Work with sales and sales management to formulate strategies for key accounts.
    • Take ownership of technical sales for creating solutions for customers; this includes technical qualification, presentations and demonstrations.
    • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
    • Design technical presentations and demonstrate how solutions meet the client needs
    • Assist with the design of custom-made solutions
    • Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.
    • Be able to establish compelling points of view about how autonomic and cognitive solutions can be used
    • Competence in the ability to shape deals and define a structure that is appropriate for the labor savings model
    • Knowledge of ROI models and the ability to speak to labor savings and impact based on cognitive and autonomic solutions


    • Candidates must understand managed services models and a strong preference for candidates with ITO or BPO experience
    • While prior experience implementing autonomic and cognitive solutions is not required, having prior experience implementing analytic solutions that have impacted operational business processes is a significant plus
    • Strong track record of shaping analytic strategies for clients
    • Demonstrated ability to identify innovative technology solutions that meet client business needs and generate unique business value
    • Ability to provide technical support to account managers as a member of the account team
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a consultative and collaborative manner with clients and prospects
    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership for the technology solution in large and/or complex customer proposals
    • Experience with preparing and presenting clear and compelling proposals and demonstrations addressing business and technical requirements
    • Vertical Experience within Oil & Gas, Retail, Finance, Travel and Hospitality a plus.
