Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives by promoting and selling IPsoft’s cognitive solutions (Amelia) and Autonomic solutions (Managed Services, Apollo and IPcenter). The Sales Executive will have proven experience successfully selling high-value complex solutions to F200 Clients from a blue chip company.    

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, qualify, and close deals within a rolling 12 month sales pipeline
  • Develop a portfolio of accounts managed by Sales Executive with support of matrix resources
  • Ability to own and drive a sales process
  • Effectively and efficiently engage IPsoft resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the opportunity in the sales process - Engineering, Marketing, Proposal Development, Finance, and other departments as needed
  • Be able to establish compelling points of view about how autonomic and cognitive solutions can be used
  • Competence in the ability to shape deals and define a structure that is appropriate for the labor savings model
  • Knowledge of ROI models and the ability to speak to labor savings and impact based on cognitive and autonomic solutions
  • Understand all IPsoft Partner relationships and how to effectively leverage relationships

Qualifications

  • 10+ years sales experience selling complex solutions / software within the ITO or BPO space.
  • Candidates must understand managed services models and a strong preference for candidates with ITO or BPO experience
  • While prior experience implementing autonomic and cognitive solutions is not required, having prior experience implementing analytic solutions that have impacted operational business processes is a significant plus
  • Track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities at any given time
  • Experience working at a highly matrixed organization is preferred
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers.
  • Ability to craft a solution that meets business priorities based on client discussions
  • Vertical Experience within Finance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Retail, Finance, Travel and Hospitality a plus with direct relationships
