Overview

  • The Cognitive UX Engineer is a core member of the agile teams implementing cognitive solutions. These cognitive solutions are to be fit-for-purpose, efficient, and of high quality
  • The responsibility of the CUXE is to lead the concept, design, and execution of custom user experiences to make Amelia the most human cognitive agent in the marketplace

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall visual design of the placement, flow, application integration, and subsequent interaction of Amelia in the IPsoft or client GUI
  • Review analytics for Emotional Quotient and user sentiment to continuously improve the relationship between end users and Amelia
  • Tailor the language and conversation between Amelia and end users to each client solution based on created personas
  • Create best practices for Amelia implementations around user experience; document and mockup accordingly in dynamic web page
  • Support creating customer journeys for Amelia implementations to visually represent the transformation of the target organization through an evolving storyline
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure that product designs are being implemented to specification
  • Custom Avatar design with client specific considerations in mind
  • Fit for industry, region, client climate
  • Provide proactive market research
  • Evaluation of EQ and improvement of Amelia user interaction, adoption, and acceptance
  • Lead usability testing to improve ease of use and interaction between end user and product
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to conceptualize AGI initiatives
  • Create multiple, evolving iterations of UX/UI designs for consideration with R&D during product development

strong knowledge of distributed systems and architecture

·         

 

ability to prototype in html, javascript, and css
